2023 Elementary Art Program Thursdays Registration

Welcome! We are so excited to have you join our elementary school 6-week art program at The Arts Center For All this year. Please take a moment to review our camp policies and fill out our registration form. Providing your full contact information helps us be able to contact you if we have special situations occur. Or you can click here to download, fill out and send to us before the first day of the art class.

Once you have completed this form and paid, you are all set!

Policy and Code of Conduct for Students

This place is a learning place. We expect your best attitude and best behavior. We will help you according to your efforts and willingness.

Once you sign up for your class, there is no Refund!

COVID-19 in 2023 – We will follow the official guidelines.

Registration fee: new and returning students.

  1. We will copy your credit card and keep it for tuition if you do not use the Paypal
    system.
  2. Remember, we do not give any refund, even if you want to stop the class in the
    middle of the tuition period that you already pay for. No exceptions.
  3. No make-up class unless there is a class for you to come within 6 weeks.
  4. Come early to prepare for the class. Do not just walk in on time. We start on time. We do not extend the class time for you.
    • If you need to contact your child or children while he or she is in the class,
      please call the center not your child or children’s cell not to interrupt the class.
  5. Being rude, violent, bringing pets, using vulgar language, or wearing improper clothes
    will NEVER be tolerated.
    • You are not allowed to talk on the cell phone during the class.
    • No chewing gum at all.
  6. You can drink water or light-colored soft drinks, But if the room has instruments, you
    cannot have any food or drinks.
  7. Everyone must be polite. We do not tolerate being rude to teachers.
  8. Holidays (No class)- Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July, New Year’s Day
    Our schedule has nothing to do with any School system.
  9. If you damage the properties of The center, you must compensate for the costs.
  10. If you are a parent, please remember this. If you cannot get your child or children after the
    class within 15 min, please call us.
  11. Learn as much as you can. Do your homework. Let’s not waste time!
  12. All our students will call their teachers properly. No first name only.
  13. Your teacher has plans for the class. You will follow the plans.
  14. We do not give our teachers’ personal contact info at all.
