2026 Summer Camp Registration
That’s great! We are so excited to have you join our camp this year. Please take a moment to fill out our registration form and review our camp policies. Providing your full contact information helps us be able to contact you if we have special situations occur. Or you can click here to download, fill out and send to us before the first day of camp.
Once you have completed the registration form and paid, you are all set!
We look forward to having your child at this year’s camp at The Arts Center For All.

Camp 2026
We will follow all the official Covid 19 2024 guidelines.
We strictly observe the rules and policies below.
- The camp fee is non-refundable. (Camp Fee is Weekly)
- We accept only cards.
- Unless we need to cancel the camp, there is no credit or refund of the camp fee.
- Half camp: Bring Snacks
- Please make sure your child will arrive on time.
- Be on time! Especially, if your child is in the language camps, please, make sure he or she will come early and study the language. We will study hard!
- Being rude, violent, bringing pets, using vulgar language, or wearing improper clothes are Never allowed! All campers will call teachers or counselors properly and will clean up after using materials and rooms.
- Parents: If you need to ask questions, please, ask the director. Please, make sure your child or children’s attitude will not give an unpleasant atmosphere to the camp.
- If we need to go on a field trip, we will send a permission slip before the event.
During inclement weather if the Cotswold Village Mall is open, we are open.
No credit for the situation. - If you damage the properties of The Arts Center for All, you must fully compensate for the costs.
- You must understand this place is a learning place. We expect your best behavior and effort regardless of your age.
- If you need to contact your child or children, please call us, not your children. Our campers will not use their cells while staying with us.
- If we ever need to cancel the camp due to inevitable reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible and fully refund the camp fee.
- Please, come and pick up your child on time. If you cannot, call us and let us know. If you are late and a counselor needs to stay with your child, there is a fee.
- No Chewing gum or eating unless campers have special situations.
- Dress code- All our campers will wear proper clothes for the ages. Also, please make sure that your family members or nannies will not make other people uncomfortable with showing too much bare skin or have bad words. If so, they need to wait outside.
